Pleasantly surprised with the customer service. There was a minor shipping delay, which was not a huge deal, and nevertheless, the owner/manager wrote a thank you note and put it in the bag. Also dryer balls. Such a nice touch. Exceptional quality duvet with no weird China-chemical smell.

The comforter/duvet insert is wry nice and well made. It keeps me warm without being heavy. I really like it, but wish it had loops in the corners to secure it to my duvet cover.

It’s nice and warm. I’ve been using it in the Chicago winter, and I find I don’t need to wear socks at night anymore it’s so warm. My only criticism is that I wish it had ties for a duvet cover.

Warm enough for a Maine winter night, yet breathable as advertised!

I thought the quality was excellent. Unfortunately needed to return it because it’s not warm enough for subzero temps. Returning it was easy and painfree. Wish they made a thicker one for colder climes.

Great communication and service but I'm also blown away by the product- its super good quality and feels luxurious- and I am getting a better nights sleep- it really does seem to combat heat regulation issues.
